Personal data and audience measurement

The langue cookie remembers the language you choose; the site needs it.

Audience measurement, only if you accept it: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) counts visits and page views. Until you click “Accept”, no request is sent to Google. If you accept, Google sets the _ga and _ga_JRZL54VP7C cookies (duration: 2 years); advertising signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google adheres. Your choice is kept for 12 months in your browser; you can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. No advertising tracker is used.

The data controller is the publisher, David-Solal Chalmeau. The contact form only transmits the information you enter in it (name, email, phone and business if you provide them, and your message), for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry. It is not stored in a database on the site: it is sent by email to the controller, who keeps it for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry, then for at most 11 months. Two technical providers process it on his behalf: Cloudflare (site hosting, which receives the form submission) and Form anti-bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile: Cloudflare receives the submission gesture to decide whether it comes from a human; the content of the message is not transmitted to Cloudflare. Google (email). No data is used for advertising or sold.

You can request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to david@devsolal.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
